One was chosen by the global color authority Pantone and the other was chosen by Robert Allen as the interior designer color for 2015.
The Robert Allen Group named Calypso Blue as the interior designer color of the year for 2015. The Robert Allen Group is a designer and supplier of fabrics for the interior design trade. The officials at Robert Allen went straight to the source for the company's color of the year program. They invited designers to vote for the "it" color of the year based on 5 options predicted by color experts at Robert Allen.
